Introduction

Education and research aimed at 1) biotechnology and bioscience for the utilization of biological functions in agriculture under cold climate, 2) environment control, machinery, food preservation, farm management and marketing for efficient, safe and healthy food production and distribution, and 3) resource recycling technology for environment-friendly bio-industries
