Introduction

This program offers education and research programs related to:
  • appropriate use and management of local resources
  • protection and management of wildlife and ecosystem
  • elucidation of the environmental benefits of forests
  • utilization of woody biomass and other forest resources
  • appropriate use and management of agricultural water and land
  • revitalization of rural communities

Research Projects

  • Ecology, homerange, habitat use of wildlife in the forest and agricultural land
  • Sustainable management of forest resources and healthy forest ecosystems
  • Sustainable utilization of forest products for human well-being
  • Studies on the improvement of infrastructures including agricultural land and water resources which contribute to environmental sustainability
